By accessing or using OddsElite, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

Description of Service

OddsElite is a sports betting analytics platform that provides odds comparison, edge detection, bet tracking, and performance analytics. We do not facilitate, process, or accept any bets. All betting activity occurs on third-party bookmaker platforms, and you are solely responsible for your betting decisions and compliance with applicable laws.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use OddsElite. By using our service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that sports betting analytics services are legal in your jurisdiction.

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You may not share your account or allow others to access it.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and Payment

  • OddsElite offers a 14-day free trial followed by a paid subscription.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD via Stripe.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our data or algorithms
  • Share, resell, or redistribute data obtained from OddsElite
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials
  • Use automated tools to access the service without permission

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of OddsElite (including algorithms, software, text, graphics, and logos) are owned by OddsElite and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

OddsElite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds data
  • That using our service will result in profitable betting outcomes
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service
  • That edge detection or analytics will identify profitable opportunities

Betting involves risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OddsElite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
